I was awarded a very prestigious International Artists Retreat in Kerry.
My students were in complete meltdown because I had nothing prepared to work on whilst there for my two week stay. I told them I would get inspired on the journey, which sent them into an even bigger meltdown! This scene immediately captured my imagination when travelling through the Gap of Dunloe in Kerry. (I cut it fine!)
I love the opportunity just to draw in pencil. People often ask me which media do I prefer, Oil or Pencil? I love them both.
